Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Information

• When messaging to book an appointment, please include your preferred date and time along with the following information:

• If you have had this treatment before.
• Any product allergies (past or present), or any general allergies/health conditions that may affect your treatment.
• Whether you currently have any product on your nails.

2. Nail Products & Removals

• A removal fee of £5 will apply if you have product on your nails.
• Please note: I do not remove acrylic or nail tips not applied by me.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee (£10).

3. Appointment Duration

• Please allow up to 2 hours for your appointment. Every treatment is a personal experience and will take the necessary time to complete to a high standard.
• Please note that I am currently working from my cosy bedroom setup in my shared flat – it’s super chilled, friendly and relaxed. Therefore more location information will be provided on receipt of appointment confirmation.
